CBA - Head of Delivery (Quality/Digital Assurance)

I have led the Delivery of a 220 member team for Enterprise Services Testing at CBA for HCL Technologies. It involved governing and ensuring best-in-class delivery across all testing services that HCL was responsible for.

My team spanned across Sydney, Bangalore and Chennai locations in an onshore-offshore mode. I had responsibility for the P&L of the Testing portfolio responsible for

• Revenue

• Margin

• Customer Success

I managed a P&L of 25 million USD at CBA.

Achievements

I was instrumental in

• increasing the customer satisfaction ratings

• increasing customer connects

• and getting the highest first right scores

as part of the bi-annual CBA Partner surveys.

Tools/Platforms

My team worked on Quality Assurance and DevOps which includes Solutions such as Automated Testing, OSCAR for test optimization. The tools and products used were a combination of Virtusa home grown accelerators, off the shelp open sources tools and CBA specific tools.
