Toyota Finance Australia - Asset Management/Asset Recovery

I am leading a team of 30 consultants at Toyota Finance Australia focussed on delivery cutting across Workflow using Pegasystems, Digital using Adobe Experience Manager and covering elements of Devops and Intelligent Automation. 

Business Problem Statement: 

For one of the programs of work, we are helping client model the Asset Management and Asset Recovery process covering features such as Asset Sale, Write Off, Initiation of Recovery, Settlement & Debt Waiver , Payment Arrangement etc.

The program involves leveraging Pegasystems as a platform of choice for defining the process workflows. Asset Management and Asset Recovery Process is connected to ALFA, a leasing software platform.

Delivery Methodology

The program was delivered using Agile framework but within a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) model. This allowed for best practices of Agile to be combined with outcomes related to sprint velocity, features developed and automation achieved.

The program leveraged Devops for release management.
