I am Master of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Engineering. I have specialisation in Information Technology and Finance with great communication and analytical skills. I have an industry experience of 21 years across various facets of IT delivery. I have played roles as an IT Developer, ERP Consultant, Program Delivery Leader, Engagement Manager and Sales Leader in the past.

Currently I am Head of Delivery for Open Banking Australia as well as lead Delivery for the Banking and Financial Services Portfolio in Australia.

Open Banking in Australia is an initiative of the Australian Consumer & Competitive Commission (ACCC) to give consumers the option of sharing their personal information and financial data with accredited third parties, through the use of application programming interfaces (APIs).

The Open Banking initiative is governed by the Consumer Data Standards (CDS) and allows for innovation and competition by leveraging open data standards in the financial industry to begin with.

I lead Open Banking Initiative for Virtusa in collaboration with our partners.

I am also responsible for driving delivery and client success for other banking and financial services clients while continuously providing customer delight/satisfaction, value, innovation and thought leadership in delivery. I have P&L responsibility for the Banking and Financial Services Portfolio in Australia with revenue and profitability accountability in a 2 in a box model.

My team works in areas such as Pega Business Process Management, Adobe Experience Manager, DevOps, Integration and API development, Open Banking and Digital Transformation.

Personal Interests:

On the personal front, I have an avid interest in CANLIM style of investing (considering my finance background). I am an author and writer who is yet to publish any book of my own :)

I like playing badminton, still maintaining my competitiveness every Sunday while I love watching cricket and tennis.
