As a portfolio manager for Tech Mahindra at Qantas I had P&L responsibility for the portfolio. I was responsible for delivery and portfolio management for Technology Commercials segment consisting of Qantas Freight, Customer Experience and Marketing, Corporate and Industry Sales, Distribution & Payments and Commercial Planning

In the role of the portfolio manager, I managed a portfolio of 58 applications related to Information Delivery (BIDW) including Commercial Performance reporting, Freight revenue reporting, Airlines and Operational performance reporting. I managed all projects/programs within this portfolio segment
