I am leading a team of 30 consultants at Toyota Finance Australia focussed on delivery cutting across Workflow using Pegasystems, Digital using Adobe Experience Manager and covering elements of Devops and Intelligent Automation.

Toyota Finance Australia - Leveraging Adobe Experience Manager for Content Management
As part of the Client Engagement, my team is also involved in using AEM as the single content management solution for digital websites. The operating model consisted of platform teams, in-life self service portals and portals for fleet management.

ING Australia - Priority Commercial Mortgage Transformation
I led a team of Pega, QA and UX consultants at ING Australia to modernize their Priority Commercial Mortgage application process. The program is part of ING Australia's roadmap for modernizing platforms for origination.

The program involves leveraging Pegasystems as a platform of choice for implementing priority commercial mortgage loan origination system. It includes defining the workflows covering Loan Apply process, Processing and Assessing the application and automate offer and fulfilment.

Virtusa Open Banking Head - Australia - Implementations at NGMG, IMB and MyState
Open Banking in Australia is an initiative of the Australian Consumer & Competitive Commission (ACCC) to give consumers the option of sharing their personal information and financial data with accredited third parties, through the use of application programming interfaces (APIs).
The Open Banking initiative is governed by the Consumer Data Standards (CDS) and allows for innovation and competition by leveraging open data standards in the financial industry to begin with.

I have led the Delivery of a 220 member team for Enterprise Services Testing at CBA for HCL Technologies. It involved governing and ensuring best-in-class delivery across all testing services that HCL was responsible for.

DXC - Development of Exceed Suite of Insurance Products
n the initial days of my career I had experience being involved in the development and implementation of EXCEED suite of products which is a proprietary Property and Casualty Insurance product of DXC (previously called CSC).
I developed an understanding of the Insurance domain across Property and Liability, Personal Insurance and Commercial Insurance.
The experience at DXC provided me a base in Product Management as a fresh MBA graduate while being involved in the development of the Policy Admin module of the Exceed Insurance product.

Westpac - Financial Systems Integration & Hierarchy, ADI, Reporting & Transformation (HART)
I led the Testing Tranformation Pillar of the two large transformation programs at Westpac. Financial Systems Integration involved integration of Financial systems for Wespac and St. george to provide a single source of truth. HART focussed on improved hierarchy for structured reporting, single GL entity for banking license and forecasting and reporting solution.

Wells Fargo and De Lage Landen - US Work Experience
I had a stint of 3 years in USA before moving to Australia in 2009. The experience in US provided a different perspective and challenge having moved from India. It broadened my horizon in terms of world view. Having worked for European clients before, US experience was an added arsenal in my portfolio.
